Built on the 3E approach-Educate, Engage, and Elevate program offers a blend of 30-day classroom training and a two-month field training, followed by pathways to advanced training, employment in agribusiness companies, fostering micro-entrepreneurship, and nurturing participants as lead farmers in their communities.
