As part of its CSR efforts, DCM Shriram’s Krishi Udyam Pariyojana supports the creation of a robust Agri-Entrepreneurship ecosystem. Implemented in 8 blocks, the program nurtures rural youth to offer mechanization services, agri-inputs, and access to government schemes, transforming them into trusted village-level service providers.
By March 2025, a total of 206 AEs have been trained, directly impacting nearly 25,000 farmers. These AEs now facilitate input supply, farm advisories, and inter-cropping models—ranging from mushrooms to vermicomposting—while fostering financial and digital inclusion.
