As we close the financial year and step into a new phase of growth as an independent entity, I take great pride in reflecting on the collective strides we’ve made in transforming agriculture and empowering small and marginal farmers across India. March has been a month of momentum—of initiatives deepening their roots, partnerships strengthening, and tangible outcomes emerging across our programs. 

Our recently held Annual Synergy 2025 was a powerful reflection of this journey. We find ourselves at a critical juncture in India’s agricultural landscape—where smallholder farmers face mounting challenges yet also possess immense potential. With over 23,000 Agri-Entrepreneurs developed, reaching more than 2.5 million smallholder farmers across 13 states, and an average 30% increase in farmer incomes, our collective impact is evident—not just in numbers, but they represent real lives getting changed, families being supported, and communities getting strengthened. 

At SFI, we have come together to reflect on our shared mission- improving the lives and livelihoods of small & marginal farmers in India. The road ahead calls for deeper alignment, innovation, and synergy, and hence, let us continue supporting one another and scaling our best practices to build a resilient and inclusive agricultural ecosystem. I thank each one of you—our teams, partners, and supporters—for being part of this mission. Together, we are sowing the seeds of a stronger tomorrow.
