Salary bracket: CTC 7 –  9 lakhs

Preference: prior experience of working with NGO sector, best if experience of working with FCRA registered NGO.

Job Profile:

  1. Purchase Orders & vendor registration
  • Preparing P.O. for approved quotations
  • Vendor registration
  1. Vendor Invoices:
  • Checking the invoices for compliance details, arithmetic accuracy, etc.
  • Comparing invoices with PO to check if they are in line with PO
  • Getting project details for vendor invoice.
  • In case of discrepancy, communicating the discrepancy with respective team members / vendor.
  • Getting required approvals on email for processing the payments
  • Maintaining soft copies of vendor bills and supporting documentation
  1. Employee expense reimbursement:
  • Getting required approvals on email for processing the payments
  • Preparing bank payment file for approved employee expense reimbursements along with the respective project details
  1. Bank payments:
  • Preparing bank payment file for uploading on bank portal
  • Maintaining record of vendor invoice details and payments in an excel file along with the respective project details
  • Sharing payment advice to respective vendors and employees
  • Communicating with the bankers if required
  1. Vendor balance reconciliation on quarterly basis.
  2. Maintaining project wise costing data
  3. Preparing donor utilisation reports / MIS Reports
  4. Prior experience of working with MS Office tools majorly outlook, excel, word.
  5. Basic knowledge regarding TDS deductions will be added advantage. Preparing quarterly TDS returns files in excel.
  6. Basic knowledge regarding GST Law will be added advantage.
  7. Hands on experience on tally Prime software will be added advantage.
  8. Knowledge of basic provisions of FCRA will be added advantage.
  9. Experience of coordination with auditors during audit will be added advantage.
  10. Additional activities related to maintaining accounts and support in compliance work.
