Location: Pune, India (Koregaon Bhima Office)
Salary Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month)

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong design aesthetic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually impactful graphics and videos, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for developing social media creatives, marketing materials, brochures, and video content that align with our brand identity.

This is an urgent hiring, and the selected candidate will initially be hired for 6 months. Based on performance and business needs, there is a possibility of a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, and promotional materials.
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and edit videos for marketing and social media campaigns using latest tools and softwares.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas.
• Stay updated on current design and social media trends to produce engaging and contemporary content.
• Ensure all designs meet the company’s quality standards, consistency, and brand integrity.
• Work with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and other design tools to create high-quality creatives.
• Handle typography and layout design to enhance branding and communication materials.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing design, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Canva and other graphic designing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to think creatively and bring fresh, innovative design ideas to the table.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.
