Role Purpose
Drive strategic partnerships and scalable programs to enhance smallholder farmer incomes through adoption of climate smart agriculture solutions, strengthen FPO businesses, and improve rural youth employability within agri and allied sectors.
The role requires strong expertise in agriculture systems, climate-smart practices, agri-enterprise development, and BFSI-led rural financial inclusion, with the ability to convert partnerships into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Strategy
• Build and execute a partnership strategy across BFSI, CSR, agri-business, and government ecosystem
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-impact partners
• Structure partnerships including program design, financial models, and impact metrics
Program Design & Execution
• Co-create scalable programs aligned to core engagement areas
• Develop pilots, scale-up plans, and implementation frameworks
• Ensure strong last-mile delivery through field teams, FPOs, and partners
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across institutions
• Build convergence across multiple partners for scale and sustainability
• Represent the organization in sector platforms and forums
Impact & Performance Management
• Define and track key outcomes:
- Farmer income improvement
- FPO business growth
- Rural youth employment
- CSA adoption
- Financial inclusion
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and partner communication
Qualifications & Experience
Education
• Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Management, Agri-Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate preferred (MBA / PGDM / PGDRM / Development Studies)
Experience (Essential)
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in:
- Agri and rural livelihood programs
- FPO development and enterprise building
- Rural skilling and youth employability
- BFSI engagement in rural markets
- Climate-smart agriculture / sustainability initiatives
- Partnership Experience
- • Proven track record of working with:
- Banks, NBFCs, MFIs
- CSR and donor organizations
- Agri-business companies and ecosystem players
